If your item has a quality issue, we offer a time-limited return and exchange service to protect your rights.
✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange

Item has a clear quality issue (e.g. damage, stains, loose threads, incorrect item sent)

Return or exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item

Item must be unused, unwashed, free of perfume or makeup marks, and include all original tags and packaging
❌ Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Requests due to personal reasons (e.g. dislike, wrong color or size, not as expected)

Requests made more than 3 days after receiving the item

Item is used, damaged, missing tags or accessories

Sale items / limited edition items / blind box products
🚚 Return & Exchange Process

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item via email or Instagram DM, and include photos and a description of the issue

After customer service confirmation, we will provide the return address and instructions

The item must be shipped back within 3 days of approval. Once we inspect and confirm, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days
📌 If the return is due to product issues (defects or wrong item sent), Zavia will cover return shipping costs.
📌 If the return is accepted for non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping costs.
